Do you offer multi car discount?

Yes, we offer discount on two or more vehicles. Both vehicles will need to be present on arrival and at the same address.

Do I have to wait in all day for an appointment?

No, for emergencies (lost/stolen keys or gain entry) we aim to be with you within the hour. For spare keys we book a morning or afternoon slot at your convenience Monday-Friday and even have Saturday mornings.

Will I need documents and ID?

For spare keys we won’t need any documents but for lost/spare keys we will need a drivers licence and one of the following:

• V5 of the vehicle 

• Insurance document (this can be an email)

• DVLA electronic vehicle tax (email from the DVLA to say you pay the car tax)

I live just outside of your boundaries, would you still come out to me?

We cover 30 miles from Nottingham City centre but if you are a few miles out we can still travel out to you or if you work closer to Nottingham we can travel to your workplace.

Do you provide a service at the weekend?

We book in work for Saturday morning for spare keys but don’t worry, if it’s an emergency job we work all weekend.

How do I get a quote?

You can do a quote online for your convenience or phone us on 07845 799792. If it’s an emergency we would advise on phoning us so we can get you back on the road sooner.

Do you offer a same day service?

We prioritise emergency jobs for same day service. For spare keys we are usually next day working day or at your convenience but do ask us if you need it same day. If we can, we will.
